    The presentation of the resort, down to the flowers on display in the main hotel area, was perfect. Very clean, very beautiful, and lots of wildlife. The staff were very friendly and highly professional. The location was very quiet and peaceful but within walking distance along the beach to a village with bars and restaurants.

    Compared to Naiyang village the food and drink was expensive, sometimes twice as much. The waiters, although polite, got our meal orders wrong on some occasions.

    The pool area is fantastic, perfect for lounging with a drink. My Beautiful Room had a lovely balcony overseeing the pool and beach. The orchids left in my room added a nice touch. The staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of options, catering to all tastes. A couple of downsides stood out. The food quality at the Big Fish restaurant was disappointing. I tried several dishes, but they didn't meet expectations. The resort lacked some personality compared to others I've been to in Phuket-it felt a bit generic. Despite this, I had an enjoyable stay overall due to the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities.
